cake in a mug

I just made "cake in a mug" with my grandkids.  This is chocolate cake you stir together in a coffee mug and nuke it for 3 minutes.  Believe it or not, it's tasty and the texture is good. Speaking of food, I need to finish reading "The Omnivore's Dilemma" for my book group tonight.  Fascinating, lots to think about and, er, chew over mentally.
